Idaho’s Potato Days 2025 promises spud-tacular fun with new culinary delights

MERIDIAN, Idaho (CBS2) — Potato Days, Idaho’s official celebration of its beloved spud, returns September 19- 21 to Kleiner Memorial Park with a fresh lineup of culinary and entertainment offerings.

This year’s event introduces a new culinary experience featuring loaded baked potatoes, fries, and tots. Attendees can top their spuds with a variety of options, including brisket, bacon, cheese sauce, Pico de Gallo, brisket chili, broccoli, jalapeños, and fresh crema. A new cilantro jalapeño house sauce is also available, alongside classic favorites like ranch, BBQ, and fry sauce.

For the first time, Potato Days 2025 will showcase local musicians performing on stage, adding a musical flair to the festivities. “We’re so excited about this we just can’t stand it,” organizers said…
