ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A jury has convicted two men for a deadly beating outside a tattoo shop in Albuquerque. Court records state Brian Garcia and Jesse Cook restrained and beat Jonathan Arsenault near Central Ave. and Monroe in December 2023, believing he had broken a window at the shop. Arsenault died weeks later.
