ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Kirtland Air Force Base will honor prisoners of war and service members missing in action with their annual 24-hour run.
The run starts at 11:30 a.m., with runners taking 1-hour shifts each. After each runner completes their shift, they will pass the baton and the flag to the next runner so it never touches the ground.
