Ask any nonagenarian the secret to a long life, and you’ll get little agreement.
For Pastor Shirley Wells, who turns 90 on Saturday, it’s simply being there for her Tempe flock, according to her many adoring friends and family members at Dayspring United Methodist Church, where Wells is Minister of Spiritual Formation.
