According to the National Weather Service Cleveland, probabilities for rain reach 60 to 75 percent Monday and Tuesday across cities from Cleveland to Akron, Youngstown, and Toledo. The heaviest rainfall periods are expected Monday afternoon into Tuesday, when commutes could be slowed by wet roads and reduced visibility.
Cleveland shows some of the highest rain odds, peaking at 75 percent midday Monday and again Tuesday.
