BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Governor Gavin Newsom signed Senate Bill 237 into law, part of a legislative package he described as “big and beautiful.” The new laws aim to lower electricity costs, stabilize the oil market, and reduce air pollution.
