Mecklenburg County twins with criminal history accused of providing drugs, alcohol to minors: Huntersville Police

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A set of twin brothers who have a lengthy criminal history have been charged after an extensive narcotics investigation, according to the Huntersville Police Department.

Around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17, officers served warrants at the residence of Christopher and Carlos Clark. The brothers, 22 years old, were taken into custody after detectives found large amounts of drugs, cash and a firearm.

Investigators said there was evidence suggesting the Clarks were providing illegal drugs and alcohol to minors.

Carlos was charged with:

  • Two counts of conspiring to sell/deliver a Schedule I controlled substance
  • Two counts of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a Schedule I controlled substance
  • Delivering a Schedule I controlled substance
  • Selling and delivering a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park
  • Felony possession of marijuana
  • Possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana

Christopher was charged with:

  • Two counts of selling/delivering a Schedule I controlled substance
  • Possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a Schedule I controlled substance
  • Maintaining a dwelling place for a controlled substance
  • Manufacturing/selling/delivering a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school

Arrest records show Carlos is booked under a $40,000 secured bond, and Christopher is on a $30,000 secured bond…
