A Niagara County man has been taken into custody on active warrants stemming from a domestic incident that occurred in 2023. Westfield Police say they were informed by the Town of Tonawanda Police Department late Thursday morning that 39-year-old Kenneth Neely, Jr. of North Tonawanda was located and in custody. Neely had been wanted by Westfield Police for the past two years for aggravated criminal contempt, 2nd-degree criminal contempt, 3rd-degree assault, and endangering the welfare of a child. Neely was transferred to the custody of Westfield Police and then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, where he is being held on $15,000 bail.
