HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — A second fire in Harrisburg’s Allison Hill section broke out near 13th and Howard streets Saturday afternoon.
A neighbor told abc27 News the home was abandoned but is sometimes used by the homeless.
The cause remains under investigation.
