PLYMOUTH — Indiana State Police Superintendent Anthony Scott recently announced the promotion of Sergeant Mick Dockery to the rank of First Sergeant, where he will serve as the Assistant District Commander of the Bremen Post.
First Sergeant Dockery earned this promotion through completion of written testing and a competitive interview process.
