Applications now open for the Youth Program Scholarship Fund

The City of Sacramento’s Youth, Parks, & Community Enrichment Department is now accepting applications for the Youth Program Scholarship Fund.

The program provides financial assistance to youth ages 0-24 and families in need, helping them access quality recreation programs citywide. Eligible applicants will receive scholarships that cover registration and membership fees for eligible YPCE programs during the 2026 calendar year.

“We’re committed to making sure young people in Sacramento can access safe, enriching activities that support their growth and well-being,” said Anthony Munoz, YPCE recreation manager. “The Youth Program Scholarship Fund helps remove financial barriers so families can take advantage of the opportunities our community centers, sports programs and camps provide.”…
