VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) – A man in Vancouver is asking the public for help identifying a man caught on his doorbell camera that he believes slashed his tires three separate times.
Jacob Crawford lives at the Meadow Crest Apartments on NE 109th Avenue.
