A huge, $165 billion data centers complex proposed for 1,200 acres in the Santa Teresa, New Mexico area, on the west edge of El Paso, got the green light from the Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners.
The commissioners approved tax breaks for the project by a 4-1 vote at its meeting on Friday, Sept. 19.
