MINNEAPOLIS — Mariah Rosanna Samuels was fatally shot outside her north Minneapolis home early Sunday morning, police said.
David Eugene Wright, 50, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and illegal possession of a firearm in connection with the shooting.
