Between Nampa and Boise, the speed limit is 65 miles per hour– but is anybody actually going that speed? It seems if you want to keep up, you need to be driving at least 10 or 15 miles per hour OVER the speed limit or you’re going to be getting passed (and honked at) dangerously…
