BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo Police officer and a civilian driver were injured in a crash Saturday night in Buffalo’s Black Rock neighborhood.
The crash happened at the intersection of Tonawanda Street and Hertel Avenue some time past 9 p.m. Saturday.
