HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. – Poe Springs Road was reopened after Bomb Team members destroyed a device that appeared to be constructed of several sticks of dynamite, bundled in tape and with a timer attached. Technicians determined the device was a hoax device. There is no threat to the public at this time.
