PENFIELD, N.Y. (WROC) – Walking on Sunshine will stroll through Veterans Memorial Park in Penfield to benefit the Mary Cariola Center on Sunday morning.
The Mary Cariola Center helps those who have disabilities across the Rochester area. Walking on Sunshine is Mary Cariola’s biggest yearly, community fundraiser. The inclusive walk is an event for people of all ages to enjoy and it’ll begin at 9:30 a.m.
Participants are able to walk individually or in their own teams. Participants will also be able to enter a raffle, enjoy team pictures, activity tent, meet local mascots, music, and enjoy a celebratory lunch…
