VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A moped rider was seriously injured following a crash Sunday morning in Virginia Beach.
Police say it happened around 11:50 a.m. in the 800 block of 24th Street.
When officers arrived, they located a moped rider suffering serious injuries. The victim was taken to a local hospital. Police say the victim is in stable condition…
