TOLEDO – Staffers were forced to stand during the commissioners’ regular meeting due to the large turnout of people celebrating Hispanic Heritage month.
All three commissioners and City Council Members Theresa Morris and Brittany Jones recognized Hispanic Heritage month, Sept. 15 to Oct. 15.
