(WBAP/KLIF) – PLANO, TX – Davis Elementary, Foreman Elementary, and Armstrong Middle School were all closed prior to this school year due to low enrollment, and building deterioration. Over the next few weeks, city officials in Plano are holding meetings with the community to discuss the future of the three campuses.
