EAST LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – Michigan State punter Ryan Eckley is making a name for himself at one of the most anonymous positions.
Between his booming kicks and pre-planned celebrations, Eckley has become beloved by the Spartan fan base.
“I tell my friends punting is winning,” Eckley said. “If we’re throwing out good punts then we’re going to win games. I know we don’t like seeing me out there, the other team and my mom enjoy seeing me run on the field but a big punt can change the game.”…
