CT’s stake in Revolution Wind dates to 2018: The State Pier, turbines and a reversal on a stop order

The Revolution Wind project, which was abruptly halted on the order of the federal government last month, took another unexpected turn Monday as a judge granted a preliminary injunction that allows work to resume.
