TOLEDO, Ohio — Lucas County Canine Care and Control (LC4) is encouraging the public to adopt dogs ahead of the organization’s move to its new facility.
According to a press release, LC4 will waive adoption fees for all adoptable dogs until Sept. 27, made possible by a grant from the Best Friends Animal Society. This fee waiver will help find homes for more dogs while the organization moves to the new shelter.
