Brave Boy, 10, Kicks Down Door to Escape Kidnappers After Being Taken at Gunpoint and Forced to Undress

A young boy is back home with his family after he and another boy his age were allegedly kidnapped by two masked men

A Louisiana boy managed to flee from his captors after allegedly being kidnapped at his bus stop after school last week.

It all happened just before 5 p.m. on Sept. 19, when the 10-year-old boy was walking near his home in New Orleans’ Algiers neighborhood, a spokesperson for the New Orleans Police Department tells PEOPLE.

The boy said that he was suddenly approached by two unknown suspects who pulled out a gun, threw him into a van and drove off to an abandoned house in the neighborhood, according to police…
