Early morning fog has cleared out of the region, and as we head into the afternoon, things are looking warm! Daytime highs will be in the mid-90°s, with upper-80°s in the north being as cool as anyone gets for the first day of fall.
Tonight, a line of weak showers and thunderstorms will push in from the west, and push through overnight. A cold front moving through after midnight could intensify some storms, causing them to be severe. Temperatures cool down going into Tuesday and beyond…
