A 9-month-old child is recovering in a Reno hospital after being exposed to multiple controlled substances, according to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded early Saturday morning to Renown Regional Medical Center after the child tested positive for methamphetamine, benzodiazepines, and barbiturates.
Medical staff performed CPR and admitted the infant to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, where the child remains under close medical supervision. The exact condition of the baby is currently unknown…
