The Dragon Lights Festival is set to reopen later this week.
This year’s festival starts this Friday and runs through November 30. It will open nightly from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the Wilbur D. May Arboretum and Botanical Gardens within Rancho San Rafael Park.
