GRANT COUNTY — One person was killed and three people were injured on Sunday afternoon in a head-on collision on Highway 283 near George.
According to the Washington State Patrol, it was roughly 1:30 p.m. when a southbound 2015 Chevy Colorado truck crossed the center line and collided head-on with a northbound 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The truck came to rest blocking the roadway while the Jeep came to rest on the northbound shoulder.
The driver of the truck, Michael H. Jensen, 71, of Grapeview, was transported to Quincy Valley Medical Center for his injuries…
