THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A man is accused of raping a 19-year-old woman who was sitting on a park bench in the Bronx last week while she begged him to stop, prosecutors said.
Xavier Chapman, 30, told investigators he sexually assaulted the 19-year-old woman in Washington Park at East 183rd Street in the Bronx at around 3 a.m. on Sept, 17, according to the criminal complaint.
