UPDATE:The Punta Gorda Police Department, with the help of the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, have arrested 31-year-old Blake Richard Hoover for the arson and hate crime attack at the Chabad of Charlotte County.
Monday morning, police received a tip from a family member that Hoover could possibly be the suspect in the attack.
