CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — Two people were arrested on Friday after leading deputies with the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office on a chase that reached speeds of over 80 mph, according to an incident report from local authorities.
Savannah Ard, 19, faces charges of failure to stop for blue lights and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, according to jail records. Meanwhile, Zavion Woodward, 23, is charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
