COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Thousands of AEP Ohio customers were left without power Sunday morning for two hours in northeast Columbus after a bird came into contact with a piece of equipment.
According to AEP Ohio’s outage map, nearly 3,000 customers were affected by the outage from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. A high concentration of those without power were near the Northgate area.
