A Sinclairville man is facing several charges after he led Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies on a brief vehicle pursuit in the Town of Chautauqua Sunday evening. Deputies say they tried to pull over 23-year-old Drake Ottaway on Route 430 shortly after 7:30 PM, but he allegedly failed to comply. After Ottaway stopped his vehicle, an investigation found that he was allegedly intoxicated. He was cited for speeding in a 55 MPH zone, driving to the left of pavement markings, failure to comply with a lawful order, failure to stop at a stop sign, open container, DWI, and DWAI.
