GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — September 27, marks one year since Hurricane Helene tore through parts of North and South Carolina. While Greenville County wasn’t among the hardest-hit areas, the storm still left behind visible scars and memories that haven’t faded.
