MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office says it is investigating after a person was found dead of a gunshot wound Monday morning.
MCSO said early Monday morning, deputies responded to a body found at a residence in the Martling Community, dead from a gunshot wound. Authorities said the incident is being investigated as a homicide.
The sheriff’s office said they have a person of interest in custody on other charges at this time. Sheriff Phil Sims said there is no immediate threat to the community…
