Sacramento Youth Program Scholarship Fund Opens, An Opportunity for Enrichment and Growth

Good news for families in Sacramento seeking enrichment for their young ones: the city’s Youth, Parks, & Community Enrichment Department is now opening up applications for their Youth Program Scholarship Fund.
