EL PASO, Tx., September 22, 2025: In a follow up to a story we have been reporting, El Paso Herald Post has obtained the police report detailing Max Grossman’s search for his missing daughter the day before he was arrested. As we previously reported, Max Grossman was arrested on a misdemeanor family violence charge on September 4, 2025.
Grossman was released the following day, September 5, 2025, after posting a $2,500 bond.
We have now learned that on the day the criminal complaint was filed by Grossman’s former partner, he had called police trying to locate his missing daughter, according to the police report we obtained this afternoon.
