JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — Residents of the Willow Bend Apartments in Jacksonville are now able to receive relocation assistance.
For the past several months, residents of the Willow Bend Apartments have been in distress over housing following an appeal hearing that was held at Jacksonville’s City Hall in mid-July, where they finalized the closure of the Willow Bend Apartments.
