MADISON, Wis. — A 39-year-old woman faces over a dozen criminal charges after investigators found evidence of animal neglect dating back to last year, including the deaths of six dogs.
Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Gilbert Road on July 18, where they reportedly removed 14 dogs from the residence. Madison police reported that “the condition of the home was horrendous.”
