WILLOUGHBY, OHIO — Five suspects, including two unnamed juveniles, were charged after a fatal shooting in Willoughby.
On Sep. 15, at approximately 3:55 p.m., the Willoughby Police Department responded to shooting report around 1337 Fox Run Dr.
