Man charged with DUI after 2 killed, 3 injured in Henry County crash: VSP

HENRY COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — A man has been charged with driving under the influence following a crash that killed two people on Saturday, according to police.

According to the Virginia State Police, 60-year-old Charles Vincent Boulding, of Eden, North Carolina, was driving a 2010 Cadillac SRX south on Axton Road when he crossed the centerline and struck a 2009 Nissan Quest head-on at 7:15 p.m.

Police say there were four people in the Nissan. The driver of the Nissan, identified as 45-year-old Misty Lynn Holland, of Stoneville, North Carolina, and a passenger, identified as 11-year-old Keontae Devon Hilderbrand, both died at the scene…
