RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — This week, the Rutherford County School Board will vote on funding for English as a Second Language classes focused on helping district parents learn the language.
As of January last school year, Rutherford County Schools had more than 8,000 ESL students. As those students work to grasp the language, so do their parents.
