MIDDLETOWN, R.I. (WPRI) — A Warren man was arrested Monday after he allegedly carjacked multiple people on Aquidneck Island and crashed two stolen vehicles.
Jaron Monroe, 37, is now facing several charges, including felony assault, according to police.
