WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Showers and storms are likely across the area with threats of heavy rain and flooding. There will also be chances for some hail and high winds, so be prepared for some overnight severe storms.
The rain could still be heavy right at daybreak on Tuesday, but by mid-morning, much of the state will be down to scattered rain showers and an occasional bit of thunder. Highs will be cooling down to the 70s with light north breezes.
Spotty rain showers will continue Tuesday night and Wednesday, but additional amounts will be under .50″. It will likely remain fairly cloudy through Wednesday, but brighter and milder weather is coming late in the week…
