PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Portland Police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead in Northeast Portland.
According to a news release from the Police Bureau, officers responded to reports of a shooting near the intersection of Northeast 102nd Avenue and Sandy Boulevard just after 11 p.m. Monday.
