Albany, NY (WRGB) — 41-year-old Hector Gomez from Schenectady has pleaded guilty to Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, following an incident where Gomez pulled out a loaded handgun and terrorized patrons inside a bar.
The incident occurred just after 2:45 AM on February 8 at Washington Tavern. Gomez and his friends were involved in a verbal argument with a group of bar patrons, which escalated into a physical altercation.
