Birmingham has been ranked as the fifth-worst city for women’s poverty in an analysis of 182 U.S. cities done by WalletHub.
Birmingham ranked 178th out of 182 cities for women’s poverty, above Jackson, Miss.; Huntingdon, West Virginia; Cleveland, Ohio; and Detroit, which ranked worst among the cities analyzed.
