HOOVER, Ala. (WBRC) – A Hoover woman was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 23, on charges related to her business and prostitution-related activity.
The Hoover Police Department began an investigation into what they said were illegal activities happening at two massage businesses earlier in 2025 after receiving tips from concerned sources.
Detectives executed search warrants at Lily Massage in the 3000 block of Meadow Lake Drive and at Angel Spa in the 1800 block of Montgomery Highway.
The owner of both businesses – 61-year-old Zhaohui Du Quin of Hoover – was taken into custody on two outstanding warrants for prostitution-prohibited activities…
