CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A man was arrested for driving under the influence Monday after he reportedly struck multiple utilities and an unoccupied vehicle, according to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
Henry Jones, a 45-year-old man from Charleston was arrested and charged with driving under the influence 1st offense and leaving the scene of an accident with an unattended vehicle.
The report from deputies states that they were initially dispatched to 128 Wappoo Road by officers on scene with the Charleston Police Department, in response to a reported traffic collision where a witness saw the driver leave the scene on foot…
